Granito Group Joins New Platform

Cities, impact investors and wealth management companies will work together to develop an impact convergence platform.

The Granito Group was invited by U.S.-based Atonix Digital (Atonix), a wholly-owned technology solutions provider of Black & Veatch Corporation, to join the initial cohort cities, impact investment companies, family offices, and other impact economy-related organizations to support the development, implementation, and testing of the Impact Convergence Platform.

The Platform will provide quantifiable and comparable metrics that facilitate the development of infrastructure projects and the mobilization of capital based on demonstrable financial, environmental and social returns on investment.

Specifically, it allows city and states’ decision-makers and stakeholders to pursue the traditional and larger portfolio of civic infrastructure investments based on quantifiable, comparable and crossed reference financial, environmental and social impact metrics. It will also provide impact and ESG investors with the necessary requirements to invest in infrastructure projects.

Besides the Granito Group, the initial cohort of participants and observers includes the cities of Sacramento (California), Annapolis (Maryland), Newport (Rhode Island), Hudson (Ohio), wealth management groups such Bernstein and others, as well as groups and individuals interested in the potential application of the Platform for communities in Europe, Canada, and Vietnam.
